Online Event Purchases & In-Store Purchases – Return Policy
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase, with a standard receipt. Products must be sealed and in like new condition.
Products purchased November 1st through December 23rd are returnable until January 14th.
Any product returned with a gift receipt will be issued an in-store credit or may be processed as an exchange.
Online Purchases – Ecommerce Return Policy
You may return an item for a full refund* of the product purchase price within 30 days of purchase. You are responsible for the return shipping cost. Shipping (& handling) fees are non-refundable. We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error** (wrong item, defective item).
*Please make sure that all items are packaged adequately to avoid damage in shipping to ensure a full refund. **
Refunds
You should expect to receive your refund in 3-4 weeks from when you send the return back to us. This includes time for us to receive the return from the shipper, time to process the return, and time for a credit to be processed. Many refunds are processed in less time.

Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash and cannot be returned for a refund
If your order was a gift, you may exchange for other Choose Friendship products
